Cemal Zehir is a Professor of Management and Organization Studies in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Yildiz Technical University, Turkey, having received his PhD in Management and Organization from Gebze Institute of Technology, Turkey. His research interests include management, organizational theory, strategic management and human resource management. Her research interests include energy economics, macroeconomics and applied econometrics. Tahsin Bakirtas is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Sakarya University, Turkey, having received an MA and PhD in Economic Development from Marmara University, Turkey.
