This edited collection is a result of the multi-year research work of Ukrainian scientists and researchers in the field of interdisciplinarity, which provides a unique and in-depth view of the problems of modern society – ranging from political science and economics to culture and art. This study is focused on interdisciplinarity as a global trend in research and education. The book addresses specific problems using an interdisciplinary approach in the fields of international relations, international economic relations, international law, international business, and international communications, providing a better understanding of the issues arising in the field and showcasing the potential of the interdisciplinary approach in international relations.

Valerii Kopiika is a director of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine). He is a doctor of political sciences and a professor at the Department of International Media Communication and Communication Technologies. His research interests lie in the area of European integration, theory and history of Western European politics and Ukraine’s foreign policy.

Anton Filipenko is a doctor of economics, professor at the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His expertise covers the fields of theory and methodology of the world economy and international economic relations, economic globalisation, logic of economic theory and international economic relations, and social and solidarity economy.

Oleksii Toporkov is a PhD student at the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His research interests span over topics of SME internationalisation, adoption of artificial intelligence in enterprises and behavioural aspects of transition to Industry 4.0.
