This book seeks to elucidate how digitalization influences the establishment of a digital workplace and the transformation of business functions through digital means, drawing on evidence from both developing and developed countries. It explores the concepts of digitization and digitalization within the frameworks of well-being, leadership, marketing, general business functions, machine learning, sustainability, and business ethics, all from a digital perspective.

Dr Mushfiqur Rahman, after completing his first degree, obtained an MBA and later another MSc in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations; following this Mushfiqur then earned his PhD in Electronic Human Resources Management (e-HRM) and completed the Graduate Learning and Teaching Programme (GLTP) from Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, UK.

Mr Afzal Sayed Munna is a Doctoral Researcher pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Bath and a Doctor of Professional Studies (DProf) candidate at the University of Sunderland, both UK. He is a Senior Lecturer, Programme Manager (MSc Business Management) and Accreditation Lead at the University of Hull in London.

Dr Md Sadeque Imam Shaikh has 24 years of teaching experience in different Universities in the UK and abroad. He was Glyndwr University London’s Senior Lecturer and Academic Head (Curriculum Leader). Before that, he was the Assistant Professor and the Dean of The Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Technology (FSET) at the University of Science and Technology (USTC). At present, he is working as a lecturer at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David London.
