Md. Mehedi Hasan Masud completed his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Khulna University. He has gained valuable experience working in various HR roles across several organizations in Bangladesh, including as an Executive in Human Resources at Edison Real Estate.

Md. Solaiman Chowdhury is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, recognized for his academic expertise and contributions to Business and Management. He holds an MBA in Management from the same university, with a research focus on sustainable business practices.

Iqbal Hossain Moral is a faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at Northern University of Business and Technology Khulna, Bangladesh. He has authored over fifteen articles and five book chapters, contributing significantly to academic discourse.
