Dr Constantine Kontoghiorghes has served as faculty at Oakland University, USA, Cyprus University of Technology, and the Cyprus International Institute of Management (now University of Limassol), where he directed the HRM & OB Master’s Program. He holds a PhD from Georgia State University, USA, and earned his first two degrees from The Ohio State University, USA. His research and consulting interests include talent and culture management, developing high-performance, innovative, and competitive organizations, change management, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.

Dr Susan M. Awbrey is former Senior Associate Provost and Emerita Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership at Oakland University. She has served in numerous administrative and faculty roles at OU including Interim Provost, Senior Associate Provost, Interim Dean of the Graduate School, Department Chair and full professor. During her 36 years in higher education, Dr Awbrey also served in faculty and administrative roles at the University of Illinois, Michigan State University, and the University of Texas Medical Branch, all in the USA.
