Claudia E. Stoian, PhD, is Associate Professor at Politehnica University Timisoara, Romania, where she teaches Translation, Discourse Analysis, Communication Mediation, Business and Intercultural Communication and English as a Foreign Language. She is an assistant editor for two academic journals, a member of the scientific board of a prestigious publishing house from abroad, a translator and an interpreter. She (co)authored three books, four dictionaries, five chapters in edited volumes, numerous scientific articles in national and international academic journals and several translations. Her research interests include applied linguistics, translation, communication, interculturality, tourism and didactics.

Ivana Trajanoska is Associate Professor at University American College Skopje, North Macedonia, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Communication, Business Terminology, Academic Writing, Intercultural Communication, and English Literature. She holds a PhD in Anglophone Studies from Paul Valéry University in Montpellier, France. Her research is focused on interdisciplinary aspects in literature, language, culture, business and communication.
