Ijeoma Jacklyn Okpanum is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader in the School of Business Management at the Sino-British College of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, China. She started her career in the Nigerian banking industry, before moving to the UK under the Nigerian PTDF scholarship scheme to pursue her Master’s degree in International Oil and Gas Management. In 2012, she joined the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow to pursue a PhD in Management. Her research interests are organizational hybridity, institutional logics, leadership, and trust.
