Mahmoud Sultan is a lecturer at City University Ajman, the United Arab Emirates. He is also an active member in many professional development organizations, such as TESOL Arabia, the American International Toastmasters and others. He also served as President of the TESOL Arabia Toastmasters Club. He has an MA in teaching English as a second language (TESOL) from the British University in Dubai (BUiD) in association with the University of Birmingham. Additionally, he is a certified teacher of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Furthermore, he is the author of many books and articles, such as A Broad Guide to Academic Writing, A Broad Guide to Reading and Comprehension, Implementing Differentiated Instruction Based on Individual Differences, The Impacts of Leadership Styles on the Overall Performance of the Educational Establishments, Operative Classroom Management Strategies and others.
