Mahmut Demir, PhD is a senior professor at the Tourism Faculty at Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Türkiye. He received his PhD in tourism management at Dokuz Eylül University in 2009 and served from 1997 as a lecturer, associate professor and full professor in Tourism and Travel Management at different universities such as Muğla University, Süleyman Demirel University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences in Türkiye. He was also a postdoc researcher at Sheffield University in 2011 in the UK. His books published include Revolutionizing the Service Industry With OpenAI Models (2024).
