He has previously been Visiting Research Fellow at the Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace at Hebrew University, Israel, at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA University).
