Michael Cribbs has a film studies PhD from Newcastle University (UK), and an MA in film and television production from the University of Bristol (UK). He has a passion for cinema and an academic interest in the narrative structures and filmic techniques commonly employed in Hollywood films. After working as a secondary school art teacher for many years, Michael now works as an adult learning and skills tutor in Newcastle upon Tyne, England.
