Obidiah Atkinson is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Human Sciences at the Ohio State University, having received his MS in Sports Coaching from the same institution in 2019. He has published nine articles in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored two book chapters. He is a former collegiate soccer player and has coached soccer across a variety of contexts from youth developmental to college settings. He also has United States Soccer Federation C and Canada Soccer B coaching licenses, and is currently manager for the men’s soccer program at the Ohio State University.
