Dr Xiaodan Wang is a research associate professor at the Institute of Carbon Neutrality of ShanghaiTech University, China. She received a PhD in Semiconductor Technology from TU Braunschweig, Germany in 2017, then worked as a research fellow at the Fraunhofer Institute for Surface Engineering and Thin Films in Germany. Her research interests cover novel semiconductors and its application in renewable energy systems.
