He was awarded the prestigious ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) Fellowship by the Government of India’s Ministry of Human Resource Development. He has nine years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. His areas of interest are knowledge management and operations management, and has published several papers reputable journals. He is also an editorial and review board member of various research journals, as well an associate member of the International Association for Knowledge Management and the Production & Operations Management Society, USA. He has authored three books and edited five.
