Dr Nivedita L. Rao, MSc, PhD Medical Biochemistry, is a professor of biochemistry and clinical laboratory consultant at Yenepoya Medical College, Yenepoya (deemed to be University), Mangalore, India. Her professional expertise includes 25 years of teaching and guiding medical-health science students, administration, and authoring 30 original international and national research publications. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with ‘Excellence in Medical Biochemistry-2021’, ‘Bharat Shiksha Ratan-2021’, and ‘Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Inspiring Professor and Researcher-2022’ awards.

Dr Sadaf Ali, MBBS, MD Biochemistry, is an expert lab consultant and assistant professor of biochemistry. She has worked as a team leader in various clinical labs. As an academician, she believes in enhancing and improving the knowledge of medical students. As a researcher, she has authored 14 original research papers, both international and national, and 16 book chapters in international books. She has authored two books as the first author and co-author in her credit.
