Akaki Girgvliani, PhD, is a professor at Akaki Tsereteli State University, Georgia. His area of expertise is mathematical modeling, and he has published over 30 articles in the field on numerical modeling of hydrosphere problems.

David Zautashvili is an associate professor at Akaki Tsereteli State University, Georgia. He is the author of 12 books, including Internet, Electronic Business, and Electronic Government. His research interests include the information society, electronic government, and electronic commerce.

Avtandil Bardavelidze, PhD, is a professor at Akaki Tsereteli State University, Georgia. His area of expertise is the development and implementation of mathematical models of technological processes, multi-criteria optimization algorithms, technical and software development of automated control systems based on modern computer technologies, and analysis of information systems. He is the author of more than 150 scientific papers, monographs, and textbooks.

Akaki Dzneladze is an associate professor at Akaki Tsereteli State University, Georgia. His research interests include the reliability and security of computer systems. He has published over 20 articles and two books.
