Management Science and Engineering (MSE) plays an integral role in modern society. With the rapid development of theory and technology, the existing management tools have a great impact on research in the field of MSE. Since research is critical to the dissemination of cutting-edge methods, journal evaluation and classification is essential for scientists, researchers, engineers, practitioners, and graduate students.
