In recent decades, orthopedic surgery has been revolutionized by the rapid expansion of arthroscopic techniques, especially in treating traumatic joint pathologies. From knee and ankle injuries to complex hip fractures, arthroscopic interventions have become increasingly prevalent. This book delves into the transformative advancements in hip arthroscopy, exploring its application in both intra-articular and extra-articular traumatic injuries. With enhanced visualization and navigation tools, surgeons now tackle hip trauma with unprecedented invasivity. However, these innovations come with potential complications due to the learning curves. Through comprehensive chapters, readers will gain deep insights into the most common trauma-related indications and their arthroscopic treatments, highlighting the journey where surgical innovation meets the exigencies of trauma, offering patients novel avenues for recovery.
