Marina T. Stojanova is a full professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, North Macedonia, where she is also Head of the Laboratory for Agro-chemistry and Plant Nutrition. She has published more than 150 research papers in national and international journals.

Dragutin A. Djukic is a full professor at the Faculty of Agronomy, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. He has published more than 400 research papers, 23 monographs and 6 textbooks.

Monika Stojanova received the title of Doctor of Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade, Serbia, where she studied food technology. She is the founder and president of the Open Science Association, North Macedonia. She has published more than 80 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings.

Aziz Şatana is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Erciyes University, Turkey. He is an adviser to the Turkish Agriculture Ministry and Chair of the World Conference on Sustainable Life Sciences.
