Amit Anand is an Assistant Professor at the School of Legal Studies, REVA University, Bengaluru, India. Anand holds a PhD in Law from Lancaster University, United Kingdom, an LLM in Human Rights from the University of Reading, and a BA, LLB (Hons) from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. He has presented several oral statements to various United Nations Treaty Bodies. His joint written evidence on the ‘Compatibility of Modern Slavery Measures with UK’s Human Rights Obligations’ has been cited by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 Committee, House of Lords, UK (October 2024).

Deekshita Das is an Assistant Professor of Law at J.B. Law College, Affiliated to Gauhati University, Assam, India. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri and SOA (Shiksha O’Anusandhan) National Institute of Law (SNIL), Deemed to be University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India. She is also a Doctoral Candidate (Research Scholar), from NUSRL (National University of Study and Research in Law, NLU Ranchi) working on Religious and Conversion Rights of People in India.
