Dr Saurabh Gupta holds the position of Associate Professor at the School of Management, OP Jindal University, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India. He possesses a PhD in Management from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India and has 9 years of research and teaching experience. He has been awarded the Senior Research Fellowship and Junior Research Fellowship in the discipline of Management as well as Human Resource Management by the University Grant Commission, India. He has published various articles and is an active researcher.

Dr Himanshu Vaishnaw is working as an Associate Professor, in the area of HR & Business Analytics at School of Management, OP Jindal University, India. He holds a PhD from Rashtrasant Tujadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, India. He has presented his scholastic perspectives and research products in leading academic journals.

Prof Manoj Kumar Mishra is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at Marwadi University, Rajkot Gujarat, India. He submitted his PhD in Jagannath University Jaipur, India. His more than twenty-seven papers are published in various journals of national repute.
