Lucia Bubulac, M.D., Ph.D is a Family Medicine Primary Physician and Senior Lecturer at “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania, Family Medicine Discipline. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Counselling, a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences – Public Sector Management, a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering – Complex Signal Processing in Multimedia Applications, a “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy” course completed at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, and a Postgraduate Perfecting Course in Oxygen-Ozone Therapy.
She is the producer and TV presenter of two medical shows, and has published two books, including “NEGATIVE EMOTIONS, PERSONALITY, AND THE NEOPLASTIC PROCESS” (2020). CAPITAL Magazine included her in 2022 in the TOP 100 SUCCESSFUL WOMEN, MEDICINE domain, where she received the special award for promoting holistic medicine. Her mentor and model in approaching man from the triple perspective, physical body, mind, and soul, was Professor Dumitru Constantin Dulcan, an emblematic name nationally and internationally, who also signs the first foreword of her last book.
