Beth Archer-Kuhn’s research has resulted in 60 published peer-reviewed journal articles and chapters, 71 conference and 19 invited presentations, and 7 technical reports. For 13 years, Beth’s higher education research has included scholarship, mentorship and IBL teaching resource development, some of which is presented in MacKinnon and Archer-Kuhn, 2023.

Enticed by IBL as a graduate student, Natalie Beltrano has published 13 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, 9 technical reports and 33 conference presentations. Her research explores academic and social justice in higher education (Beltrano et al., 2024) and the application of IBL as a socially just pedagogy (Beltrano, 2023).

Stacey MacKinnon is a 3M National Teaching Fellow with 15+ years specializing in IBL. She leads the Curiosity & Inquiry Research Collaboration Lab exploring AI in inquiry. She’s published 19 articles/chapters and delivered 89 talks, supporting intellectual risk-taking and guiding educators in applying IBL in higher education.
