Dr Ulfat Andrabi holds a PhD in HRM from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India, and an MBA from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University of Science and Technology, India. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Lala Lajpat Rai College of Engineering and Technology, Moga, India.

Dr Ramona Birau, PhD is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Science at the Constantin Brancusi University of Targu Jiu, Romania. She has also been a Doctoral Supervisor in the field of Finance at the University of Craiova, “Eugeniu Carada” Doctoral School of Economic Sciences since 2021.
