This book specifies the changes in the personalities of managers in the process of using coaching. It emphasizes the scientific dimension in the context of the issue of coaching, offering a multidimensional concept of coaching and verifying a new methodology for the assessment of coaching effects on managers’ personality types based on a holistic approach.

The text is about real science, the latest scientific findings, and real research on the assessment of coaching effects on managers’ personality types and behaviour so that they can respond to the changes and challenges they face in a more effective and professional way.

Assoc. Prof. PaedDr. Zuzana Birknerová, PhD., MBA is an Associate Professor, Lecturer, coach, and Head of the Department of Managerial Psychology at the Faculty of Management and Business of the University of Presov, Slovakia. In her pedagogical activities and scientific research, she focuses on coaching, organizational behaviour, social and emotional intelligence, and neuro-linguistic programming effects on business and managerial behaviour. She is the author of a number of books and five national university textbooks, as well as various journal articles related to her research topics of interest.

Mgr. Eva Benková, PhD. is a Vice-Dean for International Relations and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Management and Business of the University of Presov, Slovakia. Her research focuses mainly on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) structure and techniques with particular attention on managerial communication and its effects on business and managerial behaviour, socio-linguistic aspects of managerial communication, intercultural communication, business and managerial communication, international management aspects, human resources management, international management and English for management and business purposes.

Assoc. Prof. PaedDr. Ing. Daniel Lajčin, PhD. DBA, LL.M is a university lecturer at the DTI University, Department of Management and Economics in Dubnica nad Vahom, and is also the Chairman of its Governing Board. Since its foundation, he has been a member of the Scientific Board. He is the author and co-author of many monographs, books, textbooks and scientific studies and papers on management and economics issues published in Slovakia and abroad. He is currently the principal investigator and co-investigator of a number of domestic and foreign scientific research projects.
