Dr Dimitris Filippos Salapatas received his BA in Theology from the School of Theology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London, and a PhD in Anglican-Orthodox Relations, from the University of Winchester, UK. His publications include The Role of Women in the Orthodox Church, Anglican-Orthodox Relations: A Dead –End or a Way Forward? and Translating Liturgical Texts from Ancient Greek to Modern Greek. He is currently a Committee Member of the Anglican and Eastern Churches Association, representing the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain, a Committee Member of the Peloponnesian Association of Great Britain, an Administrator of the Orthodox Theological Research Forum and Editor of the English Section of the Spoudagmata Journal. He is a Visiting Early Career Fellow at the University of Winchester, a secondary school teacher of Religious Education and chanter (Lambadarios) at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of All Saints, Camden Town, London.
