  • “Dr Ramlall has done a great job by writing this book which enlightens lots of dark spots in credit processing and credit management in the real world. The book is very practical and can be used as a handbook for professionals in credit processing as well as for university students. Some technical concepts have been deeply analysed and made very simple, and it is clear that the book has been written with lots of passion and dedication.”
    - Mr Srikissoon Bhojraz, Corporate Account Executive at The Mauritius Commercial Bank and Fellow of The Institute of Financial Studies, UK. “This book is the first to elaborate the basics of banking. It provides an invaluable contribution to a new generation on banking products and techniques and will therefore better prepare the bankers of the future in their work.”
