Currently in the USA, courts face the Constitution’s First, Fifth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments to parse right to privacy censured using state police power. This book sets forth cases deciding abortion, obscenity, statutory rape, prostitution, nonconsensual insemination, performance, cottaging, disease transmission, condoms, sexual abuse of children, crimes against nature, and other areas of interest. Carmen M. Cusack, JD, PhD, is a Criminal Justice Professor and scholar. She edits Journal of Law and Social Deviance (LSD Journal) and her books parameterize sexual parlance. Her publications include Abortion is the “A” Word (2018) and Animals, Deviance, and Sex (2015). She teaches Sexual Offenders at Nova Southeastern University, USA. Her work expansively discusses sex using topical frameworks, such as nonconsensual insemination, white tigers, terrorism, and twins.
