He is a researcher at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma (KSKV) Kachchh University, India, and has worked on “Mission Eco Next”, Department of Science and Technology, National Council for Science and Technology (NCSTC), Government of India.

Dr Seema B. Sharma is an assistant professor at the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at KSKV Kachchh University, India. She received the Women Scientist Fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and a National Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India. She is a member of several scientific organizations, including the International Union for Conservation of Nature Commission on Ecosystem Management (IUCN CEM), the Association of Tropical Biology, the Global Reporting Initiative, the World Forum on Agricultural Research and the Asian Soil Partnership (FAO, United Nations).
