This book will be of interest to those wishing to learn more about the Ottoman transition.

Qaisar Mohammad is a PhD scholar, working on “Sufi Tafasir in Classical Times: A Study of Sahl Tustari and Imam Qushairi” at the Centre of Central Asian Studies of the University of Kashmir, India. He has published on Nursi in Analisa Journal of Social Science and Religion and The Journal of Rotterdam Islamic and Social Sciences. He holds MA, MPhil, NET and SET degrees in Islamic Studies.
