Each interview is presented in the form of a story, in which each outstanding supervisor shares their secrets to success and discusses their supervision styles. Furthermore, through comparative analysis, this book discusses the similarities and differences in various supervision styles and student-supervisor relationships, which may be affected by the specific rules and cultural traditions of the supervisors’ surroundings.
