Gurucharan Gollerkeri is Director of the School of Social Sciences and School of Law at the Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, India. Gurucharan served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) before retiring as Secretary to the Government of India, in the Cabinet Secretariat. He is the author of the widely appreciated Migration Matters: Mobility in a Globalizing World (2016). He was also the Chief Executive of the Public Affairs Centre, a non-profit thinktank in India, for six years.

Renuka Raja Rao is Adviser of Overseas Education at the BMS college of Information Technology, affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), India. She served as the country coordinator of the United States – India Educational Foundation (USIEF) in New Delhi, India. Trained by the US Department of State, Rao is the author of the bestselling book Yes! You Can Study in America: The Definitive Guide for Aspiring Students (2009). She continues to guide undergraduate and graduate students through the US education admissions process.
