Dr Moshe Elad is an accomplished academic and military professional specializing in Middle Eastern studies and public administration. He holds a PhD in Land of Israel Studies from Haifa University, focusing on the Israeli administration in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. With an MA in Public Administration from Harvard University, Dr Elad has taught at renowned institutions like Western Galilee College and Ha’galil College, both in Israel, where he instructed international students.
