Dr Nadia Pomirleanu is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is currently a Mel Larson Fellow in Experiential Marketing at this institution. She has published her research in Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing, and Tourism Management, among others.

Dr Babu John-Mariadoss is the J.B. Hoskins Professor of Marketing in the Area of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Texas Tech University. He has published research in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Service Research, and Industrial Marketing Management, among others.
