This book gives the latest information on advances in organic agriculture which can be used by agroindustry people as well as agricultural engineers and with practical examples for farmers. It provides important information covering multidisciplinary approaches on environmental awareness, organic agricultural production as well as organic fertilizers. The chapters here are prepared by experts in the field who present and discuss the principles of a wide range of practical ideas with examples. This book also presents novel ideas and suggestions for future research in organic agricultural production. Munir Ozturk has taught at Ege University, Turkey, for 50 years in different positions. He is currently Vice President of the Islamic World Academy of Sciences. His fields of scientific interest are plant eco-physiology, medicinal and aromatic plants, conservation of plant diversity, biosaline agriculture and crops, and pollution and biomonitoring.

Nudrat Aisha Akram is Assistant Professor of Botany at GC University, Pakistan. She earned a PhD degree in 2011 from the University of Agriculture, Pakistan. She has to her credit more than 120 publications including 13 review articles and 5 chapters in edited books.

Bengu Turkyilmaz Unal completed her undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees at Ege University, Turkey. She is currently Associate Professor at Nigde Omer Halisdemir University, Turkey.

Muhammad Ashraf has served as Chairman of the Pakistan Science Foundation and is the Founder and Vice Chancellor of MNS Agriculture University, Pakistan. His main field of study is stress biology.
