Health risks, nuclear risks, natural disasters and war risks surrounds us today, and we naturally want to minimize these risks as far as possible. However, the media’s presentation of these risks is equally important. For example, news stories which claim that weapons of mass destruction exist in a country can cause people to worry, as well as legitimizing another country’s foreign policy.
