Scientific Progress in Management Science in Engineering

Jiuping Xu is a Distinguished Professor of the Chang Jiang Scholars Program at Sichuan University, China. He has published more than 40 books, and more than 700 journal articles in the areas of uncertainty decision making, systems engineering, economic theorem, engineering management, and information science. His current research interests also include fuzzy dynamical systems, and complex systems with applications. He is a Lifetime Academician of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, a Lifetime Academician of Lotfi Zadeh International Academy of Sciences, a Foreign Academician of the Mongolian National Academy of Sciences, and an Honorary Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. He has also been the President of the International Society for Management Science and Engineering Management since 2007.
