In The Canterbury Tales Revisited – 21st Century Interpretations, Editor Kathleen A. Kathleen A. Bishop received her Ph.D. from New York University where she is a member of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. She also spent fifteen years working as an editor at McGraw-Hill. She has published articles on Chaucer’s fabliaux and the various influences upon them including Classical literature, Latin Elegiac Comedy, and Iberian literature. She is currently working on a study of fabliau influence in Chaucer’s Troilus and Criseyde.
